PRIVACY POLICY
Sano Soul trading as Liis MVA OÜ, (“Sano Soul”) takes your privacy seriously. We want you to know how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information.
This Privacy Policy tells you:
This Privacy Policy applies only to personal information that we collect on the website www.sanosoul.com as they may be modified, relocated and/or redirected from time to time (the “Site”).
If you do not want us to handle your personal information as described in this policy, please do not use the Site. Personal information is information that could reasonably be used to identify you individually, such as your name, e-mail address, and mobile number.
The Site is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. Any information you provide, including any personal information, will be transferred to and processed by a computer server located within Europe and will be handled in accordance with this policy and European Law, which may be less stringent than the law where you reside.
WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect personal information that you voluntarily share with us through the Site. For example, we collect information from you when you create an account or fill out a request form on the Site.
The information we collect from you may include:
You may also submit credit card information including credit card number, name on card, expiration date, CVV, gift card, and discount code into the Site. However, this information is transmitted via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to third-party payment processors and is not stored on Sano Soul’s servers.
We collect information through technology to enhance our ability to serve you. When you access and use the Site, Sano Soul and, in some cases, our third-party service providers collect information about how you interact with the Site. We describe below a few of the methods we use to collect information through technology.
When you visit the Site, we collect your device identifier, browser information, and Internet Protocol (IP) address. An IP address is often associated with the portal you used to enter the Internet, like your Internet service provider (ISP), company, association, or university. While an IP address may reveal your ISP or geographic area, we cannot determine your identity solely based upon your IP address. We do not link your personal information to device identifier information, browser information, and IP addresses.
Do We Use Cookies?
Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser that enables the site’s or service provider’s systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. We use cookies to help us understand and save your preferences for future visits to the Site. For example, when you return to the Site after logging in, cookies provide information to the Site so that the Site will remember who you are.
If you prefer, you can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off cookies by adjusting your browser settings. Like most websites, if you turn your cookies off, some of the features on the Site may not function properly.
Google Analytics
We use cookies provided by Google Analytics, a third-party service provider, to assist us in better understanding our Site visitors. These cookies collect data tied to a user’s IP address such as the length of time a user spends on a page, the pages a user visits, and the websites a user visits before and after visiting the Site. Based on this information, Google Analytics compiles aggregate data about Site traffic and Site interactions, which we use to offer better Site experiences and tools in the future. Google Analytics does not collect any personal information. You can obtain more information about Google Analytics here: http://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/
Web Beacons
We include small graphic images or other web programming code, called web beacons (also known as “pixel tags”, “web bugs” or “clear GIFs”), on the Site. The web beacons are minute graphics with a unique identifier. They are used to track the online movements of Web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored in a user’s computer hard drive, web beacons are embedded invisibly on Web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence.
Your ‘Do Not Track’ Browser Setting
We support the Do Not Track (DNT) browser setting. DNT is a preference you can set in your browser’s settings to let the websites you visit know that you do not want the websites collecting your personal information.
We do track your online activities over time and across third-party websites or online services. For example, we use web beacons to help us determine what links or advertisers brought you to our Site. We then track your activities on our Site. We also use web beacons to track your visits to other websites so that third-party service providers can display Sano Soul advertisements to you on those other websites based on your activities while on the Site (“remarketing”).
We may supplement the information we collect about you through the Site with records received from third parties in order to enhance our ability to serve you, to tailor our content to you, and to offer you information that we believe may be of interest to you. For example, websites on which we have placed advertisements may tell us which ads about Sano Soul you clicked. This is often called “conversion tracking.” If you are a Facebook user, Facebook may share with us personal information about you, such as, for example, your name.
The Site includes links from the Site to and plug-ins (such as Instagram buttons) from sites or applications operated by third parties (“Third-Party Sites”). Sano Soul does not control any Third-Party Sites and is not responsible for any information they may collect. The information collection practices of a Third-Party Site are governed by its privacy policy. It is your choice to enter any Third-Party Site. We recommend that you read its privacy policy if you choose to do so.
