I’ve been down the diet rabbit hole, trying everything from juicing to no carbs, from magic pills to 500 calories per day to counting calories diets. And guess what, none of it stuck in the long run. Raise your hand if you can relate!
My idea was to create a healthy meal plan that will not only help me shed those extra pounds, but will also teach, how to cook up some healthy, tasty grub that can be easily integrated into your everyday family cooking.
This plan is put together so that losing weight is not going to stop after you are finished with the 4-week plan, but will help you ditch the sinful snacks and indulgent eats to create a habit to stick to those small changes that will lead to big results instead.
So, pull up your sweatpants because in no time you’ll be wearing hot pants!
